I'm looking at buying a new MIG welder for hobby car work, rather than carrying on with my old Sealey 100XT MIG, bought a long... time ago
I like the look of the ROHR welders and they're in my budget, I'll only be using it as and when, but from what I've heard inverter MIG welders are a step up.
I'm looking at, the 200/250 MI and the 200/250 FI,
I can see the main difference is ability to arc weld, which I dont think I'll need, so I was looking at the FI models, I('m hoping being simpler will be an advantage), but is there any other reasons I'd want the MI models (better torch, better wire feed, or) ?
While I'm here, i don't think I'll need 250A, so was going to go for the 200A, so same question really, is there any other advantages besides the obvious increase in amps?
Thanks for your help
