No welding on this - more a trial run.
I just cut the patterns from aluminium printing plate (scissors ),
bent to shape by hand.
threaded onto a piece of stripped copper wire, and held on with a blob of solder.
scrappy tomorrow for some copper or stainless sheet.
gonna leave as is.

"How to" is easy.
d/load attached file. print. cut out. trace around cutouts onto your copper/aluminium/steel.
cut out.
drill a hole in middle of each piece.
thread onto a piece of bar/wire, folding each up in turn and soldering on - starting with smallest piece
I printed two copies out, and made a mock up with the paper to test it out.
