Safety Question

Hi all

Im new to Arc welding, and would like to know if these glasses:

provide adequate protection for arc welding?

They say they are en175 and ansiz87 compliant ...

there gas welding goggles . u need a full mask for ark with darker glass

No!
They're gas welding goggles, for electric welding it's a full face mask only.

Welcome to the forum
Those goggles are for oxy acetylene welding only, for arc welding you will need a proper full face headshield, something from here will do the job, http://www.weldequip.com/helmets.htm
