Problem is the guy sold it for 130 quid and meanwhile the photo went viral so he refunded and its now at 300 quid. He refunded the original buyer...............ebay will not do anything about it. sad really!

Fairly straight forward to do in theory if you are handy with your mig - could do a multitude of designs....

As it shot up so quick my guess is it will sell and not be paid for if you see what I mean. Probably a new account!! The buyer left bad feedback already.

I've found gas bottle stuff doesn't sell for anything like the hours put into it, unless you get a design stick to it and make them in batches, with jigs ect. I did a quite ornate fire bowl, and the customer was not happy at £30, which kind of put me off bothering in future. The work gone into this one is just mind boggling. I wouldn't sell for less than £100.

Burning them out to get the galvanising off, then grinding clean again is a PITA. That galv on them is extra thick.

You gotta find the right market, I've seem some simple but good designs for between £300-£1000 so if they're good and you find buyers with money they will definitely sell.
