Sealey Air line Oiler

I recentley purchased two Sealey oilers,i tried one and found that it emptied the container in about 5 minutes.
Has anyone had this problem,is there a way to adjust the ammount that is used,or should i send them back for a refund?

send them back there not realy needed unless your running air tools all day long . ive used them for over 30 years . all is mine get is 3 drops of oil before use and 2 drops when finished then a quick run to get it through to lubricate the bearings ect in case theres moisture left in

there is a screw on top of the oiler which accepts a Phillips screw driver, and on the casing beside the screw there should be arrows pointing each way, adjust the screw by screwing in and out, then look into the glass beside the screw which sticks out of the casing and see how many drops of oil there is and adjust to the right of amount of drops are acquired.

Same as Brightspark, But i keep an airline just for air tools and put a few drops of oil into the compressor end of the airline and let it gradually get blown through. Never had a problem.

Have run Air Tools For nearly 50 years without in line oilers same as BS few drops when used + Keep the lines DRY either auto vent or drain air Tanks daily or more often if your pressure or volume of air used is high

There is a Philips screw on the side that you fill the unit through,but no other screw on the outside.
There is an allen screw inside the unit but to get to it, it will have to be dismantled.
There are no instructions on the packaging to suggest that you have to adjust it yourself.

if this is a oiler you put on the wall and not a inline one then there should be a screw on top of oiler along with an other to fill the oiler
