Selco Genesis 140 won’t switch on.

Hi there. I’ve just been given a Selco Genesis 140 inverter welder that won’t switch on. I’ve got 240v up to the point of the switch output. Is there an internal fuse and if so, where is it? Are there any common faults with these welders that might cause this problem? Many thanks for any help.
