Settings on welder

The firm I work for has recently acquired a pair of new Tig/Arc welders. They are both Fronius Magicwave 3000's.
Dogs doodahs as far as the Tig side of things, steel, stainless and especially ally......
Gave it a wiz on the stick this morning, but not overly confident,
Could anybody tell me how id go about adjusting the arc force and hot start on this machine for stick.
Have no idea how to, and surely a machine of this calibre has controllable arc force!!??!!

There loads of adjustment in them .theyre fairly complicated even with a manual as far as I can remember

Tell me about it lol
Between us weve got the Tig side of it sussed, up/down slope, start/end amps, pre/post gas, ac frequency/balance etc etc

Its the Arc side of it. Only been using 56S Lowhy and fincords with it so far, seems sooooooo smooth its great. Just after a bit more control over the arc tbh, to get up the side of pipes with a lovely tight arc without the rod snuffing out.

I can only find the full manual in french.no use is it?
