I have my hand operated bench mounted shaper for sale. I purchased this before I had a mill, and have been tripping over it since, so it's time to offer it for someone else to have the benefit of.
I'm unsure who made it, and tracing the maker has proved difficult. Tony at lathes.co.uk believes it is similar to a Leyland and Barlow, but of much better construction. I believe it could be much later built than it appears, as parts of the shaper show machining marks from a vertical milling cutter. I also think it could be a home build, from a set of castings. The table is definitely not original as it has some oil holes that have been plugged.
I am in Dorset, on the isle of Purbeck, but travel to Wiltshire/Somerset each weekend and often to Heathrow, delivery is possible, shipping on a pallet should be around 50-60 pounds.

Nice little powered shaper very little use I have not used it myself been in my workshop greased up for the last 3 years still has Perfecto machine marks on the slides, comes with a stand I started some time ago may not be your cup of tea so I will scrap it if not required.
I have stripped and painted the little shaper I have a small motor for it but not sure if it is the correct HP for the shaper, the ram size I think would make it a 7" stroke model.
