After seeing the 'show us your garage thread' i'd thought i'd start a welder one?
Here's my little sealey mig

And here's my wonderful little box of magic GYS 160 amd inverter arc

And hopefully goin to add a R-tech tig soon hopefully before im 17.

Here's my setup

Ok, probably thee oldest and biggest ones (weight wise):

Top: Airco Heliwelder 300A/BP (5-475 amp) AC/DC TIG/Arc. Made in 1973. Weighs 750lbs (350kg)

Bottom left: Miller CP-250TS converted to single phase. 250A at 100% duty cycle (goes up to 330A). Made in 1979, 400lbs.

Right of miller: Airco wire feeder on cart. 30' of hose/wires back to power supply.

Hanging are two MIG torches (15' 150A and 25' 400A), a TIG torch, arc leads and extension leads.

Here's the original state of the feeder:

Notice the big motor. Both drive wheels driven.

Big, power hungry, but they were basically free except for some minir repairs.

the miller set (for site work) is at present under stairs in house in east london and the rest in new shop in north dublin. kemppi 250 ac/dc transformer set is in pics but not very clear
