No not the Plebs Shredder, the free one I picked up!
Started to make a new chute for it as the old plastic one is broken and no longer available (that's why it was free).

Bashed a bit of steel plate about and stuck it together.

Shockingly it fitted, so I got the CAD equipment out, made some templates and cut some steel sheet.

After a lot of bashing and bending I started to glue the next lot together.

Leveled the bottom out, first time I've used the scribe block for years.

Time to stick the top to the bottom.

Even more shockingly it still fitted into the shredder!
Tomorrows job is to fit the rest of the plastic around it and decide whether to make some through screw holes as per original or weld some more steel around it, alter the mountings and dispense with the plastic bits.
