Zzzzzzzzzz, Zzzzzzzzzzz, Zzzzzzzzz.
anyone got anything freshly painted I can watch ?
Unbeatable, lost mine really should replace themI used to have a set of maun cutters that were good
I'll just always go for knipex or NWS.
Your model builds are not sleep inducing in any way.for small diameter spring wire (so far used between 0.25mm and 1.0mm. I use these wire cutters

heavier gauge side cutters may be fine for things above 1mm, but if the cutting edges have had a hard life they just flatten small diameter wire.
ohh later tonight I should be painting this model boat hull.

shame I can't do a live feed, once its done to make it more interesting for you.
there hopeless cutting and stripping hundreds of cables a day. the 2 holes in the blade stop you cutting all the cores at onceI’m happy with most reasonable brands but my go to are these: https://www.tlc-direct.co.uk/Products/CKT39071dash3.html

Side cutter, stripper for 1 and 2.5, shear cutter for 3.5 and 4mm screws and a slot for bending over wire…what more do you need
True, forgot that bit. If you could get it right you could clean cut 2.5/4 using the end part. TBF I’d just use croppers for anything heavier…there hopeless cutting and stripping hundreds of cables a day. the 2 holes in the blade stop you cutting all the cores at once
I did just that vark, still they were strippers & cutters afterKnippex is my go to brand for side cutters.
Only once have they let me down, it was my fault. I cut a live 24v30A cable and the eart side. Took a chunk out of the jaws.
