SIP Airmate Compressor

I have just been given one of these

And its virtually new, only been used a few times

My question is are there anything you can do to improve the efficiency of these compressors.

Would it be beneficial to change the regulator as i have heard people talking about it restricting the flow etc.

Any information would be a great help

Fitting a larger reg, say 1/2 bsp in place of a 1/4 bsp will give more airflow, but that just means the tank empties more quickly.

You won't increase the cfm of the compressor.

I'd see how it goes before spending your money.
