Size Of O Clip Clamps For 1/4" Bore Air Hose?

I've bought some 1/4" bore air hose Ebay UK item number 181310523972 I asked the seller a day ago what the external diameter of the hose was,so far he hasn't come back to me.
Anyone got any idea how thick the wall of the hose would be? Also what size double ear clamp O clips would be the best size to tighten down on the hose barb?

I hate to say it as I know it's irritating or worse, but unless the seller comes back to you the only way forward is to wait until you've received the pipe.

Air hoses can vary in the external diameter (i.e some are thicker than others) and relying on yours being the same as somebody else's on here has a risk of you buying the wrong size clip.
So in other words, it'd be a gamble!

You could have done all this so much more expediently if you had bought from a shop.

Just measure the pipe, they usually come in like a size range so 11-14mm and then 13-15mm or something like that. I just bought a box with loads in for a tenner and the pliers to do them properly.
