I have a 32mm diameter hole through a 1200mm thick wall and will be running 28mm copper pipe through it to connect my Rayburn up to the central heating. A few people have mentioned sleeving the pipe which I should probably do. Given the dimensions above what can I use as a sleeve? needs to take the pipe internally and I need to be able to pull it through a 32mm hole. 32mm waste pipe OD is more like 34-35mm so that wont work.

If you use heavy wall heatshrink at the right size it will be plenty thick enough by the time its shrunk down

If both hole and pipe are straight you'd get away with spacer to keep it central only at the ends.
Id probably fit the pipe then give a squirt of expanding foam
Hot water? Bigger hole & insulation?
Or drop down to 22mm or 15mm copper? ( You probably already have it and not cheap!)
Some plastic/insulation (older?) stuff can degrade with moisture to form acid, and eat the pipe.
Another option is fibreglass sleeve

If the hole is 32 and pipe 28, that is not a lot of clearance for a solid pipe, especially as you need clearance between pipe and pipe and wall and pipe. You may get lucky with some thin walled something or another, like an odd, fat curtain pole or something. But it probably rules out plastic, simply because the ~1mm wall thickness you'd be looking for is very thin for that diameter.
Remember the pipes (particularly the flow) will have the potential to get pretty hot. That might rule out things that soften, like gaffer tape (the sticky bit) but heat shrink may be a good option.
To be honest, when it's running, you'll not have any issues with moisture affecting the pipe anyway. The entire wall behind the stove will be dry as a chip!

Rifling through the back of the end shed where my scrap metal is, I have found some aluminium tube. Its about 31-32mm diameter and the inside is about 28.5mm. The 28mm copper pipe will slide inside it. So, I could run this in the hole and then the copper pipe inside it. Would there be any issues with this? Do aluminium and copper corrode when in contact with each other? Is the very snug fit a problem as the copper heats and expands?
