Earlier in the summer I picked this up from a car boot sale for 50p. It’s cast aluminium body. The electrics were all toast.

It got stripped out and a GU10 led bulb mounted directly behind the lens. Lens is fully adjustable. A couple of retro looking toggle switches. Some copper sheet cut and shaped to block all the holes, et voila, a lamp.

The lamp behind the lens has worked out a treat, makes really good patters on the wall

That clock is present from my uncle. Got it when I went to Vancouver about 25 years ago. It’s a piece of maple that’s been lacquered
