Small human powered log sled

Something rather unusual. Intention was to convert this old sled frame into log sled for pulling 2-4 split length logs.

Depends how tall you are and the length of the logs, but it looks as if you mightl need a longer rope.

Aren't the "sliders" a bit thin for a load of wood?
Won't it go down in the snow?

The chaps in Finland - he'll be fine on that thing on their compacted snow and ice...

I used to ride around on one as a fat kid, and the bits touching the ground are basically thin'ish strips of springy steel (about 3mm thick) that act as ice skates.
Doesn't work on soft snow unless theres an ice layer underneath.
