Small Oxy Acetylene Bottles

Hi All
First of all don't shoot me down when I say this.
Can I buy regulators for oxy turbo bottles so they can be used with a full sized welding hoses.
I got a micro welding head and my big bottles are empty and can't get them refilled for a while.

type in techweld solutions on google they sell regs for disposable bottles they will advise u category gas equipent then regulators the sites worth a nosey for other stuff as well

I checked there and they don't fit regular hoses but thanks anyway
