Snap on 130 problems

Hi all,
i have replaced my liner twice the wire for new and my feeder wheel,
and i can not get a consistent wire feed.I can feel the wire unsticking itself
when i stop sometimes ,just moving the torch slightly.
It is driving me mad can anyone shed any light on this problem,

Does that machine have a swan neck liner or does the liner go all the way to the tip. Have you changed the swan next liner?

Otherwise some of the cheaper contact tips can be a bit tight.

Hi i replaced the swan liner as well and i am using .8 tips on .6 wire so should be clearance

Try using 0.6mm tips. 0.8mm will have too much slop.

try tightning up the clutch on the wire feeder thats sound like your problem to me but dont tighten it up to much because that will mess up the wire and do you have a 0.6 roller in or o.8 because if you do that wont grip properly

does it only jam while your welding? , and another thing, try removing the tip and feed the wire through, does it stick then?, if no then you know its the tips fault, orr possibly the liner is slightly too long and is bending against the tip

I changed to .6 tip and perfect welds
