snap on mig 130 gasless?

been offered a snapon 130 turbo mig but unsure if it will run gasless for outside exhaust welding.

any help appreciated.

just seen the manual an apparently not. how do i change the polarity to run gasless?

for 40 quid i think its a good price so ill take it anyway.

I have had mine for nearly 20 years and it's done a lot of work, there a nice little machine for light work, always run it on gas, I suppose you could swap the polarity if you wanted to go gasless but I haven't bothered.

got it today. seemed to feed good and sound ok so hopefully it will be ok. just needs a wee clean and tidy up.

it'll run gassless fine - the reversed polarity makes little differance to the weld in the real world of welding exhausts under a car. gassless is just messy
