my father just purchased the exact same Snow Surface Grinder and I am trying to find details on etc. Do you still have it and any way we could get measurements or better pictures of a few parts? It does indeed appear it is a P24 model. I have a couple scans from some Snow marketing that talk about it if you are interested. I posted these photos of ours in a different thread about a snow grinder today. Not sure if it is against this boards rules to post the same stuff in multiple threads. If it is I will take them down from one or the other. Just trying to rustle up some information about this rare bird (especially on this side of the pond). Specifically interested in the components for the fine height adjust dial. We found some of the parts for ours in a coffee can beside the machine but are still missing a few and would love to know what we need to fabricate/duplicate.
Got these from the fellow on Ebay above that is offering Snow Drawings. He reports he doesn't have any for stuff this old but sent me these pictures from his only copy of some sales literature.
Hi. Yes the machine is still here waiting for me to restore it. Its currently under cover so I will not be able to take pictures until the weather improves. They are a nice machine with serious build quality.
Great, thank you. No rush. If you get a chance to tear down that micrometer feed inside the large wheel for the stone height I would be grateful of some photos and measurements. We found a couple of the parts for it in a coffee can near the machine but we are missing at least 2-3 pieces and we will have to build them. Helps to know what the originals look like. We also are missing the guard on the font and back of the table and have a shop built deflector on one end. So any close ups or measurements on your originals would be appreciated
@God mode restorations, just touching base to see if you have moved your machine into a more accessible place. Still needing some dimensions and pictures of the fine feed components if possible.
