You might not be able to see in the photo, but the white pipe entering the stack has a drip on the edge of the rubber boss.
The pipe is probably 5 years or so old, so fairly new.
No silicone etc was used on assembly - was that the problem?
The terminal was solvent welded, and that is not leaning at all. It's just from the rubber.
And, more to the point, what to do about it? Take it apart, fit a new rubber, and then some sort of gunk also?
