I like those smooth curls and bends.
Interesting tool that you've made for that. Nice job
Did you have those dies fabricated, or did you manage to find them locally?

It's all tig... loving the tig aluminium thing...

I cut the scroll benders out of a bit of 2.5 x 5 cm bar stock... the reason they only go 360 + 90 degrees is access for the angle grinder disk... I'm thinking of attaching a pivoty extra bit as seen in some scroll bender designs... I designed the helixes using Solidworks.... Punched the curves down and started chopping away... smoothed it all out with a belt sander.
