I want to make a foam generator.
both for foamcrete, and fun.

the designs call for a (roughly) 18" length of 4" diameter pipe with sealed ends, and a 24" length of 2" pipe.
both need to be capped, and to hold 30-50psi of pressure.
the 4" pipe holds the washing up liquid/water, and the 2" pipe is filled with stainless steel pan scourers

compressed air pushes the WUL into the swarf, where it's entrained with another supply of compressed air.

the designs on youboob use pvc pipe. with solvent welded caps.

my welding isn't up to making pressure vessels.

any ideas?

ideally a cheapish solvent weldable plastic.

No idea but most plastic pipe in the uk is abs rather than pvc, mupvc is used with pressure and also on flues, low pressure but big temp swings
