Speedglas 9002x Not dark enough

Hello ! I am Eugene and its my first thread on here. I was wondering if anyone of you guys came across something similar. I got this Speedglas 9002x and it's just not dork enough even on shade nr 13. Not sure how old is helmet but the filer lense looks almost brand new to me. The reason I can 100% tell is not righ because I have another speedglas 9002x just the same.

The clear inner cover plate is also available in +1 and +2 shades, part #s for the 9002X are 428030 and 428050 respectively. That said unless you have extraordinarily sensitive eyes or are welding at well over 200A something sounds wrong... 2 lenses both breaking the same way is fairly unlikely, any chance it's something like using it with TIG with the sensitivity set too low and the lens isn't darkening as a result?

I was trying it with the TIG at around 80 amps 2 identical helmets , one gets dark enough at shade nr 10 the other one is`t dark enough even at 13. It reacts fast enough , no battery light is flashing. It is weird I know. I am gonna try to replace a batteries see if it will helps.
