I've had this off and back on a few times a while ago whilst trying to get the assembly of the internals in the right order after it punched me in the face a couple of years ago...decided to revisit it again today... but it's absolutely solid.
Locking screw removed, usually just use a c-spanner but I can't shift it and it's very soft and now the lugs are chewed up so I don't think even making a pin spanner will work now.
Any ideas? I don't have a big enough pair of pump pliers... I stopped short of tigging a bar onto it.
Not terribly fussed if it gets a bit chewed up...I can clean it up or remake it if necessary.
And before it gets mentioned...yes its a RH thread.
