What they do,
Meat is stored in a blast freezer on a rack that carries thirty weldmesh trays, the meat is usually stuck to the trays and difficult to peel off without tearing it.
The frame hooks on the edges of a dolav, (pic just for illustration the production ones are very hygienic) place the tray over the pins and push down, and the meat is lifted of by the pins then just dump the product in the dolav.
