I use a scalpel if I want something sharper than a Stanley.

What blades do you recommend for sharpness as opposed to long life.

I find the genuine Stanley TK5 (?) ones are good.

IF you can get one, a ceramic Stanley blade is the best I’ve used. Don’t drop the knife with the blade out though. Not found another at a reasonable price since

I say if because there’s a lot of crap out there now.
