Hi,
Someone please help. I have recently bought the SGS SAT402 air staplegun. I'm having great dificulty finding the right size staples for it online. It doesn't help that SGSs website, in the technical data, gives every conceivable dimension except the crown width. I have measured with digital calipers the internal width of the staple tray/magazine and its 12.8mm. Allowing for a not too snug a fit I would think 12.5mm-1/2" would be about right. The closest I can find are Axminster staples with a crown of 11.2mm. Can anyone advise where to buy the right size 20 gauge staples at best price. If not online then perhaps a DIY/Trade store that sells them. Perhaps the right staples are a "Type" rather than dimensions? I have a job that I need them for on Tuesday so I have a bit of time.
Thanks
