well peed about making a 3d star for my daughters birthday,not as easy as i first thought then bingo it came to me how to make it simple(major mind block),anyway a few bits to fill in an finish sanding

I bet working out the shapes was a bit of a headache.

You're going to need a damn big Christmas tree to hold that thing up.....
Did you work out the angles yourself or copy an existing one? Cracking job either way.

Worked them out myself,once i had got over my hangover it was simple

So what was the "easy way" to work out the angles?
I'd probably have gone for a cardboard template and trial and error.....

Cut out 16 triangles same size,welded all into 4 seperate pieces,then welded 2 together,sanded it then measured height from one seam to top seam an marked two cuts on each side of triangle if you know what i mean,sit it on top of two already together an weld on,repeat for other
