here's a thing I was asked to make by my work. It splits on the trunk making it 2 pieces for transportation.

It's going to be used in the 10th anniversary celebrations of the uni at the cathedral. Alumni are going to be furnished with acrylic leaves with magnets on them and during the ceremony They're going to slowly stick them on the tree. Symbolic and that.

It's a fantastic bit of art. I find that doing natural shapes out of metal works for me.
