I've been relegated to practicing with whatever I can find and Ive been unable to find a supply of bits of scrap locally so Im literally watching out for anything lying in the hedgerows or laybys, luckily Ive found a couple of knackered kids bicycles which I've stripped and some other odds and sods :-)

This was 10 cycle spokes and the front wheel axle and 2 nuts, the mrs really likes it, so that's a brownie point for me! :-)
