STUBS 8 rods specifications

Hello,
I have bought a job lot of welding rods a while back and found a few STUBS 8 rods which are dark graphite in colour and have 3 white bands printed on the upper portion of the rod. There are marks of I then underneath II then underneath a line then underneath a Z i think it is.
Does anyone know what the specs are for this rod type as I believe Stubs are no longer around and I did find anything on the web about these rods.

I think they are Nickel for welding Cast Iron........I remember 8FN which was the Nickel Iron
