Having searched the net for a suitable ready made unit with no luck, I have decided to have a look at making such a unit. We have large floor mounted units at work, but I don't have the space or money for such a thing. My idea is to make a 3 sided booth with a perforated back, similar to commercial units but about 3ft x 3ft, and about 2ft high.
The main problem is finding a suitable extractor. I don't want anything too big, and the extractor won't be used that much. Looking at other posts I'm wondering if a Dyson might be the best thing to copy, My thinking was a fine fabric filter with a cyclone prefilter. Obviously I don't want the filter to clog up after 5 mins use. Any advice appreciated!!!
