Supplier Of Unusual Size Swing Bolts ?

Hi,

Would anyone please be able to let me know if it is possible to purchase swing bolts "off the shelf" that have an M10 shank thread and an M12 eye? As far as I am aware the normal sizing is to have the bolt shank thread and eye the same size. I have looked around on eBay and Google but cannot find an "off the shelf" supplier.

I have attached a photo of the style of bolt I need but any variant on this style would be OK. I also checked out male track rod end rose joint fittings but they are the same size for eye and shank thread.

Yes, that is an option, my only concern with that is that I might not have much "land" left around the eye. I suppose it could be a case of "drill and see"

I've got some M10 versions and plenty of room to drill out to 12mm.

What's left of me had a rummage, the ones I have are man enough to take a 12mm or M12 thread.

Are yours Galv. coated?

Or buy a 12x12 and drill out the item it fixes to, that way won't have any issues in the future

Is it a LH thread?, just I can't see why it should be.

Maybe the photo was reversed L-R?
