Looks good to me. It's racing, not a beauty contest.

All it has to do is hold the rider. The standard subframe weighs a ton. That one is probably 1/3rd the weight.

Fits up to the bike fine. Does look slightly twisted to me. Whether it's been built slightly ****** or it's been crashed. Probably a bit of both
Seat unit is tatty but not cracked or anything. Would tidy up nice if rubbed back and painted"
