The cross symbol with the 0 and line top and bottom is a double vee full penetration butt weld, all round, ground flush both sides. This relates to the web welds on section (UC?) C7, C6 and presumably C5, so that the UB which is welded into the UC web will sit flush.
The other symbol is asking for a 6mm fillet weld (left as laid) and then a 6mm single bevel prepped weld ground flush on the opposite side.
The 2557 and 2647 dimension lines above don't look to tie in with anything.

Prep it all up first. Weld up the cranks, grind back as required, then stick on what I assume is a UB stub with the endplate pre welded to it- assuming you can get in to weld it...

The dim lines on the N/S are relating to hidden holes, presumably F/S.
