Talk to me about a dropout

OK, I bought a set of Camozzi filters for the compressor. 3 bits on it, a 10 micron/pressure regulator, then a 5 micron, a tee off for spraying, then a lubricator for the air tools take off.

Even with this I still get moisture through the tools which is more than slightly irritating. So I need something else and I was recommended a PCL Dropout. No idea how they work but it seems they guarantee 99.99% moisture removal.

Any experience? Where to buy from? Always wary of counterfeit stuff on ebay so would prefer a known good supplier please.

I have two - one inline with the supply into my workshop - not seen a hint of moisture since fitting it. Not exactly a scientific test, but prior to fitting it, I would regularly see moisture from blow guns etc.

I bought the second to to fit to unregulated supply direct to blast cabinet in a shed.

Take up little space, no faffing - fit, forget. Go do something else more enjoyable
