Tank Stand

This is What i have been making over the last 2 days. Its a stand for a diesel tank situated behind the spray booth not too big to keep insurance happy but big enough and cheaper to run than lpg. Its at the right hight so it will be easy enough to re-fill.
i etched primered it and went wet on wet with vw 1969 2k pearl weiss what was under my bench.

I have never been into welding until recently! And every day someone makes something new -it's an amazing hobby - or it will be for me Hopefully I'll be making custom exhausts when I get good enough with the TIG

the posibilites are endless when you do master it id say for me the only way i progressed was the more welding i did. Jump in the deep end after doing a few practice slugs

Thats the plan.....

Wehn my new DC welder turns up I have a cast iron manifold to repair....

Then ~I might make a bench for my garage to weld things on.....but it's a catch 22, as I havent got a bench to weld on to make the welding bench!!
