Buy an old non working mig off ebay for £10 to £20 does not have to be the same make . The Migmate in the link below was bought for £9.50 and was worth a lot more than that to me just for the motor and gearbox , if you can drill holes and use a multimeter its easy to swop over just make sure the voltage is the same as the one you are repairing . There is a small possibility that the motor wont work with the existing controller but then you could try swopping the whole lot . You might be unlucky and get one with a duff motor but at that price it dosnt matter .
