Thermal switch id

The thermal switch on my oil burner heat fan sticks on, so it dosnt auto shut down it's a Pita.
I've already sussed that it's N/O with my meter, it's just the temperature range I'm short of now.
Can anyone make sense of This?

Not quite sure how to get the temperature range from the above data, but Emerson might tell you and offer an equivalent as the original part appears to be obsolete
