Yes yes yes^ give the man a job....The seats need recutting, the valves refacing, and then gently grind them in with a fine grinding paste.

For a head that's been cleaned, skimmed, new seats, valves, guides its a no brainer, you still need to check what they are doing/supplying for the money though as it doesnt go into much detail in the ad. Also note they hold back £200 on the core so dont send them that cracked head.

Valves look like they will probably reface, there appears to be some 'meat' (margin) left above the seat. Valve seats in the head don't look great. Once they have been refaced you might find the valves would be below the combustion chamber surface; getting hard seats installed would fix that. But would cost a couple of hundred quid plus for the job.
