Tig Trolley.

Moved into a new workshop and my TIG was getting trampled over. It usually had its place on the worktop in the old shop, but no room for the same setup in the new place. I also needed it to be mobile so i can trolley it down the other end of the workshop.

So here it is so far. I want to make some tweaks, but it will do as a Version One.

1" Box, 3mm Plate. Mig'd

I have the same sort of thing with help from Sainsburys. Shopping trolley is perfect basis for tig trolley, and can often be found FOC.

i needed it to be slim so i can pull it between the cars to the other side of the other shop

Shopping trolley very easy to narrow down a bit, and they have top quality castors.

I saved some castors from a scrap miller and I'm using them to make a trolley for my new miller. I'm a fan of irony.

Needs a handle and a platform for the second machine but it's a work in progress.

I'm only making a trolley for the 600 amp one I can't carry. The 350s I put on a generic trolley I can buy cheaper than I can make.

The little ones go on this trolley, makes them really easy to move about and the feeder is the perfect size to slot on top.
