time too regulate

ok iv just won a bid on e bay an got me a load of oxy acetylene equipment...barging by the way
the only things missing where the regulators:
i intend too turn this equipment in too oxy propane for cutting..iv dun some searching on the
net an witch type is the best..?
do i go for single stage,two stage an with or with out gauges..?
your advice as always is welcome:

single stage 2 guage IMO, unless employees will get anywhere near them on site in which case plugged regs.......
