Tonight's CAD effort, a seat catch bezel.

This is for the Scimitar seat catch. They always split top to bottom, so I have copied a split one as closely as I can. Just sending one to print now and hopefully can test the fit tomorrow.

Looks crisp (and even )
A lot of those old 70s plastics are getting a bit fragile now; a while ago I had a crack at recreating the seat side covers that hide the recliner mechanisms on the TVR seats - the guy who drew them must have got a set of French curves for xmas, there isn't a bloody straight line on them!
Cracked original on the right, 3D copy on the left...

Very nice. Similar to the Scimitar plates too.
My bezel fitted perfectly so the next job is to print a high quality version in white, then look at doing a matching knob.

The seats were by Cambro, so they may well be the same parts.
