No they won't they have had it a week up to now and im getting twined at by someone that paid upfront for a dog box and I can't do a thing until I get it back I think when I get my acdc welder I will be getting from a shop that lends you a welder until yours is fixedI'm sure the company you bought the set off will supply you with a replacement until yours is back with you?

It was the owner I spoke to whoe said thatIf they're with striking distance [not literally ], I'd
a) demand to speak to the branch manager/Company CEO and explain my quandry
b) if dealing at a distance, as above then check to see if they're listed here https://www.ceoemail.com/ [scroll down alphabetical listings]. If so, a
non-confrontational email addressed to the CEO will be guaranteed to elicit action. I can personally vouch for its efficacy, as can friends to whom I've passed it.
Let us know how you get on.
It's a stainless dog crate to put in the boot I'll see if I get it back next week and if not I'll send you a pmNot sure what a dog box is but there is a mig and MMA set here you could use.
I don't lend the machines out but you would be welcome to use the workshop if it helps you out.

Surley any Esab distributor is honour bound to repair the machine, under warranty, and invoice Esab. That`s how it used to be in Reg Haywards day.
If you were closer I would of helped out a fellow memberCarlisle
It’s a buddy tig. I doubt it will go anywhere near a service engineer. It will go in the bin and a new one sent out to replace it I’d imagine.I am suprised the company you bought your machine from do not have a service engineer. There must be other distributors in Cumbria that have engineers
The shop said it would be repaired but I don't know ill give them till end of next week to get it sorted or I'll be complaining I think when I get my acdc tig I'll get a better quality oneIt’s a buddy tig.
