Quickly nocked up this turtle for my mate , as his wife has mini turtles , going to take in to work to finish, grinding of welds.Maybe a coat of paint

If when you grind the welds back qand you get the heat colours appear. Leave them.
Then a coat of wax will keep it looking colourfull.
