hi folks.
its been a while.
right...im sure this has been asked so please forgive my inpatience and newbism...
ive just bought a new hobby compressor.."wolf air 25litre 9.5cfm" and it came with a spray gun.
basicaly im rebuilding a 1997 honda CG125 and want to spray the frame as theres areas of light rust and flaky paint.
what sort of paints and thinners could i use fairly safely in a well ventilated garage for minor jobs like frame spraying and other amature painting.
i have a respirator so thats no issue.
im obviously aware of cellulose, acrylic and matching thinners to dilute but im a bit miffed to be honest about whats available without paying for automotive quality materials..
ive kind of got the jist of using the gun during a few afternoons of spray staining the fence and a new huge chicken coop ive just built.
would just like to expand my use of it to more refined results.
many thanks in advance..
