Use scuba bottle as air tank

I need a big air storage, but i have not the phisical space to place it.
So im thinking to use scuba tanks and an pressure regulator to reduce the pressure from 200 bar to 2-6bar.
So the first thing that i think to use is an oxygen regulator but i have no idea, to how fit it to the bottle.
For the charging i was thinking to make an air compressor to avoid contamination of real scuba bottle
It's for a jet torch

How much for a compressor that can go.to 200bar. Wouldn't fancy 2900psi in my workshop.

I want mod an high pressure manual pump ,so the pump remain the same ,but it will be driven by an elettric motor

Years ago, I sprayed a trailer & bits & pieces using a diving cylinder. I used the first stage of an old demand valve to drop the pressure to about 10 bar, then a normal regulator to drop the pressure to what I wanted. I did this as we had no electric were we needed to paint the boat trailer. Never tried pumping one, just got it filled in the normal way.

I gave my old cylinders to someone who now uses them as receivers on his garage compressor. If they are made for 200 bar, I think they will take about 7 bar for evermore.

I need something of portable, im putting up a torch rig, so the vertical compressor is not good to solve my problem

ive used diving cylinder to power air tools before. but when you start looking for fittings to convert the cylinder to other uses oter than diving you will be met with a lot of slammed doors.

How much is your planned air consumption as refilling is not particularly cheap if taking to dive shops, you can buy Chinese compressors for ~£200 to do it at home but I don't think they are very quick.
