Van racking

Not posted in a while but just made this racking for the new work vans. All made from scratch using 1.5mm zintec steel with a false floor to fit ladders underneath.

I decides less is more, spaces for power tools, boxes of small stuff under the false floor and everything else stacked as I feel like it

Working in the sticks today so had to bring rubbish home, plenty of room

We did the false floor but full with & length with ladder fitted in the centre, second battery under there in between the ladder sides 2 pull out draws at rear held shut by ladder stabilisers & a draw that pulled out either side through the side loading doors

I just stack the Tstack and tough system boxes up and ratchet strap to the sides.
High level shelves for bits and bobs and old bt bins above the arches.
Gives me plenty of room and easy to gut the van for transporting materials

This is the first one ive ever made, already had ideas to add extra bits on. Ill try and get a pick tomorrow fully loaded but im just the fabricator so i dont even get to use it hahaha

The shelves have an upstand front and back and one of the vans has been racked out for a couple of weeks with no problems

Always make my shelves 10 degrees slanted with a little lip. Had boxes up to the roof and never lost one

The lad that is driving the van doesnt do slow and hes had no problems up to now and the shelves are made to fit all the lin bins they use for parts and fixings
