Hi folks, thought I'd take a break from going around in circles and ask for some help.
I'm at the last stages of my project/restoration/engine rebuild/etc., and I want to go through the sensor checks before I try firing it up for the first time. I've got the manual and I've started with the first test: voltage across the ecu (chassis earth to +B, which is the switched battery source).
12v with the connector unplugged, but it drops to 3-4v when I plug it in to the ecu. I guessed it could be a high resistance joint between the battery and the connector, but it only measured 7ohms.....any suggestions?
